Kirsten Sole is the passionate founder of Baby Sensibility in Zimbabwe bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience in early childhood education and parent-infant connection. Rooted in the belief that childhoods should be magical, Kirsten has created a nurturing ecosystem where babies, toddlers, and caregivers learn through play, discovery, and meaningful relationships.

Her programs blend global best practices such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, EYFS, and RIE, with a uniquely Zimbabwean warmth and practicality. Through Nanny ’n Me Zimbabwe, Kirsten empowers caregivers and families with the skills, confidence, and understanding to support a child’s holistic development from the earliest months.

Teaching partner
Linnet Sande is a qualified ECD teacher and a valued member of the team. As Kirsten’s teaching partner, Linnet co-facilitates learning experiences across our programmes, helping to create warm, engaging and developmentally appropriate environments.
Linnet leads sessions in both English and Shona, ensuring that our learning is accessible, inclusive and meaningful for all caregivers, building confidence, understanding and stronger relationships.
Known for her calm nature, dedication and genuine love for young children, Linnet is passionate about supporting every child’s early development while empowering the adults who care for them. She brings patience, warmth and professionalism to every session, making her an integral part of the Nanny ‘n Me experience.
Together, Kirsten and Linnet bring a wealth of experience, heart, and expertise to families in Zimbabwe with sessions available in both English and Shona.
